CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone

(9099085603) or email ([email protected]). In such cases, the order will canceled and the money will be refunded to you.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery

of the order. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money. Return of products will be accepted only if the products

are returned in a saleable condition with their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.

Refund/ replacement for goods is subject to inspection and checking by our team.

In case of multiple items in an order, you may return a part of the order Returned goods need to be returned in full including all components as well as any

complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within a week. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being

returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. We will deposit the refundable amount in regarding bank

account or we will issue you a cheque in the name and address as specified in the billing details with the refund amount within 10 days of us receiving the products back.

To return products:
  • Place your items in original packaging.
  • Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice.
  • Make sure you seal it properly.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging

  • Incomplete order – missing products

Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened/ used/ altered products.

  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.

  • The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

    Kindly record an unboxing video while opening your package.
    Claims for damage, missing, or wrong items will not be accepted without the unboxing video proof.
