SECTION 1 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. E-Megamart India reserves the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept or decline it for any reason. We may also limit the quantity ordered at our sole discretion.
SECTION 2 – PAYMENT METHODS
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

Online Payment: Secure payments can be made via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards, UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes only. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery location to make the payment in cash.
SECTION 3 – SHIPPING POLICY & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Orders received by 12:00 PM (IST) are typically shipped the same day, subject to product availability. Orders received after 12:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays unless specifically arranged.
Please Note: Delivery dates are estimates only. E-Megamart India cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines. We encourage placing orders in advance to avoid delays due to stock issues or courier constraints.
SECTION 4 – OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any delays. You may cancel the pending item(s) at any time before they are shipped.
SECTION 5 – MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
We make every effort to ship all items in your order together. However, if certain items are unavailable, they may be shipped separately as they become available—unless instructed otherwise.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will only be applied once, usually to the first shipment.
SECTION 6 – TAXES
Applicable sales tax will be automatically charged on orders shipped within India, based on state regulations. Customers outside of these jurisdictions are solely responsible for complying with their local tax laws.
SECTION 7 – PRICING & TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or supplier mistake, E-Megamart India reserves the right to cancel or refuse any such orders—even if the order has been confirmed and paid for. If your card has already been charged, a full refund will be issued immediately.
